About Fishing for Muscular Dystrophy
The Fishing For MD program, or FFMD, is a 501(c)(3) organization that was founded by Paul Robertson, a native of Maryland and successful entrepreneur and businessman, who has also been diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy (MD). Paul was diagnosed with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy (LGMD) 15 years ago, but that has not stopped him. After dealing with mobility challenges, Paul decided it was time to not only become a champion and spokesperson for muscular dystrophy, but also use his talent and passion for fishing and align it with his dedication to increasing research funding, awareness, and support for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). –>> more info
