Fried Clams

6-12 Fresh clams per person
Seafood breader
Cooking oil

  1. Drain clams
  2. Thoroughly roll clams, individually in seafood breader
  3. Shake off excess breader
  4. Deep fry or skillet fry until golden brown
    (Before cooking pierce clams a few times, with a fork or knife, this prevents clams from splattering)
  5. Drain
  6. Serve with homemade slaw
