Charleston SC – Chasin wins 2013 Carolina Billfish Classic

Charleston, SC
The PointClickFish.com team just wrapped up LIVE coverage from the 2013 Carolina Billfish Classic. The CBC was the third leg of the South Carolina Governor’s Cup series and it was great to see old friends and meeting new ones during the tournament. Our team had a great time covering the event and we are looking forward to next year. Congrats to the event staff and sponsors on a successful tournament!

Tournament Headquarters for the event was based out of Toler’s Cove Marina, with a satellite location at Georgetown Landing Marina, Georgetown, SC.

At the end of Day 2 a Tuna, a Wahoo and multiple dolphin hit the scales. “Cacique” weighed in a 20.6 lb Wahoo and the Fraed Knot put a 16.4 lb Tuna on the board to both take the lead in each category. “Big Sky” released an estimated 450-500 lb Blue Marlin fishing out of Gerogetown.
