Fresh Tuna Salad
1/2-1 lb Fresh Tuna
Lemon
½ cup celery chopped
¼ cup green onions chopped
¼ cup dill pickle chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
Salt/pepper
1. Put tuna into a pot
2. Add water just above fish
3. Add half a lemon
4. Bring to a low boil for about 10-20 minutes or until fork flaky
5. Let cool
6. Flake the tuna in a bowl
7. Add celery, onions, pickles, mayo, season
8. Mix well
9. Let cool
Serve as a sandwich and chips
